Hermit-mode. That is what I call it. When things happen that I am not prepared for it, I crawl back inside to assess my life. And after today, it is time.
School will be out in 20 days. Don't expect to see me outside of my room. Then I have the summer to work things out, and make decisions about me and teaching and my life. It's time for Jesus and I to stick close and get over the hurt. It's a lot safer when He is the only one I talk to.... and trust.

- I am a 12 year old in a 50ish body! I like walking in the rain, laughing, hanging out with friends, and riding my bike through the countryside. Jesus is the love of my life, and there for me always. I have been divorced for almost 19 years, and raised my sons from age 2 and 4 to their present ages of 24 and 21! God has blessed me tremendously through the years with His guidance and love. Things are not always easy, but I know that He is always with me, holding my hand, cradling me in his arms, and sometimes carrying me through the difficulties of daily life as a teacher, mom, daughter, friend, lawn mower, house cleaner, aunt, sister, tutor, (talk about a runon sentence) and techie for my campus.

I understand Hermit Mode. Be sure to pack some good books for Hermit Month...books like Yancey's _Prayer: Does It Make a Difference?_, Zusak's _The Book Thief_, and _Same Kind of Different as Me_!
Oh, and I hope you have wireless so you can blog from your room...
You better at least step out of your room to see me! Okay, I can step into your room, but be sure you have the hermit shell for more than just one. Otherwise, we won't get to visit.

Thanks for the book recommendations!! I have already read Same Kind of Different as Me, and I think that is my all time favorite book. Heard the guy who wrote it is moving to B Gap.

More tests on Thomas today. Results are not good, have an appt in the morning with our family doc. Ivanelle suggested we go to Scott/White. I think I will suggest that to the doc. This waiting and worrying is killing me. Love ya, me
